ZM began his musical career at the young age of 12 years old, writing, producing and recording his own album "Bless The Child" under the name ZMBless and releasing it independently. ZM began by making secular music and battling other local artist on street corners and lunch cafeterias. In 2005 on of the biggest hip hop stations in Philadelphia at the time 100.3 The Beat had a battle rap segment of the show entitled "The Face Off" where emcees would call in and square off against one another. ZM called and beat the champion on his first attempt and then won 46 nights straight later being dubbed the "Faceoff Legend." Due to his accomplishments he landed a meeting with the late Chris Lighty & James Cruz at Violator Management, who then sent ZM to MTV2's Fight Klub to battle Iron Solomon for Season 2 of the show which eventually was shelved and never aired. ZM was also on BET's late night show "The Deal" as featured artist for February 2009 having his music video for "U Drawlin" aired on BET by DJ Diamond Kuts of Philadelphia. This led to ZM doing a pilot for a BET original show entitled "Def Match" and also being on Episode 3 of the "RedBull Emsee" TV Show that aired exclusively on Crackle. After battling on several of the big battle leagues today, Grind Time, KOTD and Don't Flop, ZM decided to take a break from battling and began his own league Krack Liberty. In 2015, ZM was facing a trying time in his life and began to seek God and eventually was saved and changed his life around to being a follower of Christ. Since then ZM has changed his music content drastically and has been pursuing more of an Inspirational/Christian hip hop career. He has teamed up with the 1 Body in Christ crew led by group member and artist Duke Toler. ZM has just released his first solo debut album called "Thy Will Be Done: Spirit vs Flesh.
